Follow the below steps to move product review from one product to another product,

1. Select the product review to be moved - https://nimb.ws/Xwa12V
2. Click the dropdown in header and choose "Move to another Product" - https://nimb.ws/ZFjQ4x
3. In the dialog box, enter the product ID / name to find the new product and after selecting the product in search results, click add to move the product review - https://nimb.ws/bungF5
